Returns

We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your request.

Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, this policy is intended to comply with your statutory right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened food products
  • Matcha products with broken seals after delivery
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

These restrictions do not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable under local law.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible items.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
